• Willingness to travel monthly to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across design, development, and strategy to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure quality outcomes.
• Serve as primary client contact, setting expectations and building relationships.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Facilitate client and team meetings, track action items, and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare estimates for projects, extensions, and change requests.
• Review invoices and manage resource forecasts weekly.
• Draft scope content for SOWs and change requests.
