Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 6+ years leading medium/high complexity projects; 8 years in technical roles and 2 years as PM may count.
• PMP or equivalent; familiarity with PMI/PMBOK required.
• Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, MS Project, SharePoint, and ARM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for medium to high complexity projects and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project planning, baselines, estimates, risk registers, and PM plans per department.
• Manage and integrate delivery across resources, procurement, quality, and stakeholders.
• Lead customer and stakeholder communications, including negotiations and status reporting.
• Interpret contract requirements and manage changes through an integrated change process.
• Maintain project documentation for internal/external reporting and compliance.
• Forecast spend, monitor performance, close projects in systems and capture lessons learned.
• Mentor other project managers within the organization.
