You will manage scope, schedule, and cost, coordinate with customers and stakeholders, and mentor junior project managers, with minor travel expectations; base salary range is $85,200–$106,500 annually, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline required.
• 6+ years of experience as project manager leading medium to high complexity projects; equivalent mix allowed.
• PMI-based certification preferred (PMP) or eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for medium to high complexity projects with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project planning, baselines, estimates, risk and stakeholder registers, and PM plans.
• Coordinate delivery across resources, procurement, quality, communications, and stakeholders.
• Lead customer and stakeholder communications and negotiations; report status to leadership.
• Interpret contract requirements and manage changes via change control; support profitability.
• Maintain project documentation and records in standard systems for traceability.
• Forecast spend, monitor performance, close projects, and capture lessons learned.
• Mentor other project managers within the organization.
