Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Business Project Manager in San Diego, CA to lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives across business, product, engineering, and vendors. You will drive prioritization, manage cross-functional workflows, and ensure item-related capabilities are delivered on time to support key business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in technical, digital, retail, or supply-chain environments.
• Strong experience in item attributes, data flows, vendor onboarding, SKU setup, or related product/merchandising processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects from initiation through delivery, including discovery, planning, execution, and rollout.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions across business and technical teams to align with enterprise strategies and resources.
• Translate business needs into clear project plans, timelines, scope, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, integrations, and vendor teams on design, data flows, and Item attributes.
• Identify risks and issues, drive mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare and deliver structured updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leaders.
• Manage project ceremonies and communications across the organization.
• Ensure data readiness, Item attributes mapping, governance, and workflow changes before deployment.
• Track progress, monitor KPIs, and keep teams accountable to milestones and deliverables.
• Support UAT, cutover planning, training, and change management for smooth adoption.
