- Experience with asphalt work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Apply innovative and creative solutions to building and estimating projects.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for projects.
- Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates aligned with project specifications.
- Ensure complete understanding of project plans, specifications, and scope.
- Supervise and mentor Project Engineers/Assistant Estimators in sending RFPs to subcontractors and vendors.
- Coordinate quantity take-offs and review subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare and attend hand-off meetings and ensure documentation accuracy.
