Senior Project Manager (Design-Build Construction)

This role is for an experienced Project Manager in a family-owned, commercial construction company. The position involves managing projects ranging from $1 to $15 million, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, and mentoring project engineers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Defining scope of work and deliverables
2. Predicting resource needs and managing budgets
3. Obtaining permits and regulatory approvals
4. Managing costs, schedules, and contracts
5. Ensuring compliance with safety and building codes
6. Coordinating between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• 5-7 years of project management experience in construction
• Ability to read blueprints and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and budgeting skills
