Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager to support the APN-241 program in Warner Robins, GA. The role focuses on production planning, scheduling, forecasts, and coordination across program management, operations, and contracts.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in production planning, and must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (not required before hire). Relocation assistance is not mentioned.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with years of project management experience; DoD Secret clearance (not required to obtain before hire); on-site work in Warner Robins, GA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Office POC for production contracts.
• Apply best practices in production planning and scheduling.
• Support monthly production and billing forecasts.
• Assist in achieving program financial targets and forecasts.
• Review monthly customer CDRLs and update them.
• Influence internal production schedule and supply chain strategy.
• Coordinate and track shipping of serviceable assets to customers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and provide status updates.
• Support internal and external audits; use root cause analysis for improvements.
