Responsibilities

  • Program Office POC for production contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
  • Responsible for monthly production and billing forecasts.
  • Support PM in achieving financial targets and forecasts.
  • Review and update monthly customer CDRLs.
  • Influence internal production schedule and supply chain strategy based on demand and contracts.
  • Coordinate and track shipping of serviceable assets to customers.
  • Track assets through production life cycle and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Use root cause analysis to identify problems and formulate solutions.

These roles support an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as main point of contact for production operations as well as liaison between program management office, operations, production control, engineering, and business management amongst others. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
