KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Advana-related projects and data onboarding initiatives.

You will guide cross-functional teams across government, industry, and technical groups to meet onboarding milestones, governance requirements, and program objectives. The role demands deep experience with large-scale data integration, analytics, and digital transformation, plus strong communication and scheduling skills to manage stakeholders and deliverables in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience supporting data onboarding and execution within Advana, War Data Platform and/or Jupiter.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data onboarding efforts.
• Strong understanding of DoD data governance.
• Ability to coordinate across government stakeholders, platform teams, data engineers, developers, and mission customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data onboarding, coordinating priorities, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across data sources and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison with data owners, data stewards, governance teams, platform teams, and mission stakeholders to define onboarding requirements and maintain alignment.
• Manage status tracking, governance reviews, and production readiness; address blockers and schedule impacts.
• Develop and maintain data governance and onboarding documentation, data inventories, and approvals.
• Establish program-level metrics and executive status updates for leadership visibility into onboarding progress and risks.
