Devoteam está buscando un Senior Project Manager Data con inglés alto. El candidato debe residir en Madrid y operar en un modelo híbrido, reuniéndose con clientes 2–3 veces por semana. Se valora experiencia en transformación digital e IA, y capacidad de gestionar iniciativas globales.

Se ofrece contrato indefinido, retribución flexible y formación online con certificaciones. Se requieren PMP o SCRUM, ITIL v3 y al menos 5 años de experiencia en PM y liderazgo de proyectos complejos.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura en TI o disciplina relacionada.
• Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP preferente).
• ITIL v3 certificado.
• Experiencia con proveedores offshore y despliegues globales.
• Al menos 5 años en Project Management, transformación digital y AI.
• Capacidad de traducir lenguaje de Data Science a lenguaje C-Suite.

Responsabilités

• Gobernanza y apoyo Ejecutivo; actuar como puente entre equipos técnicos y dirección.
• Gestionar capacidad, vacantes y backfills de equipo.
• Coordinación con procurement, gestión de proveedores y partners de implementación.
• Gestión de SteerCo: preparar informes mensuales y agendas para stakeholders.
• Redactar presentaciones de alto impacto para conferencias y clientes.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Senior Project Manager Data con inglés alto ya que el cliente es INTERNACIONAL.

Debe ser un nivel de inglés mínimo b2 alto o c1

La persona debe vivir en Madrid, ya que es modelo Híbrido, teniendo que ir a cliente 2-3 veces por semana.

El tipo de contrato es indefinido, con 12 pagas.

Se ofrece retribución flexible y % sobre objetivos.

The main purposes of this position are the following:

• Deliver Project management artifacts, such as timeline, deliverables, communications plan…
• Coordinate any project related activities with the required stakeholders.
• Project financial controls, business case, financial project tracking….
• Communicate appropriately around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen.
• Remove all obstacles to stakeholders satisfaction and / or financial performance.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Governance & Executive Support. The PM will act as the glue between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring AI initiatives remain compliant and aligned with business goals.
• Assessing capacity needs, identifying resource gaps, and coordinating team backfills.
• Liaising with procurement, vendor management, and external implementation partners.
• Steering Committee (SteerCo) Management: Prepare monthly briefing packs, track decision logs, and manage the agenda for executive stakeholders.
• External Presentations: Draft high-impact decks and talk tracks for industry conferences, board meetings, or client-facing digital transformation showcases.

Level of education/qualifications normally required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Project management certification.
  • o Primary: PMP
  • o Secondary: SCRUM.
• ITIL v3 certified.
• Specific work experience:
  • Experience working with offshore outsourcing organizations.
  • Experience in global roll-out management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the domain (Project Management)
  • Digital transformation, AI, target operating model design.
• Ability to translate \"Data Science\" speak into \"C-Suite\" speak.
• Technical / functional skills:
  • Understanding of LLM lifecycles.

• Financial & Vendor Governance: Ability to manage commercial SOWs, RFP evaluations for alternative AI vendors, budget tracking, and CAPEX/OPEX cost controls
