Job summary

You should bring at least 10 years in project management and a related Bachelor’s degree, with PMP and Primavera/SureTrak proficiency preferred; local candidates encouraged. Travel to IL/IN sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to interact with various design teams and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage large multi-discipline projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedules and budgets.
• Track financials and adjust efforts to stay within budget and schedule.
• Support reviews with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior PMs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
