Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience.

• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule and budgets across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project management team to deliver value and results.
• Ensure safety, adherence to the company safety program and client policies.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance for on-time delivery.
• Provide progress updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Foster client relationships to grow opportunities and repeat business.
• Drive cost control and change management to protect project margins.
