Job summary

CloudData is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support program management on data center design and construction engagements. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordinate with various stakeholders across active projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in project management, particularly within data center or large commercial construction, and be proficient with tools such as MS Project or Procore.

About the role

The Senior Project Manager supports program management on data center design and construction engagements — managing schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and client reporting across active projects.

What you will do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for data center construction programs
• Coordinate between A&E firms, contractors, equipment vendors, and client stakeholders
• Track long‑lead procurement and material delivery schedules
• Facilitate design review meetings and document action items and decisions
• Produce weekly and monthly program status reports for client leadership
• Support commissioning planning and execution
• Manage RFI and submittal processes between design and construction teams

What we need

• 6+ years in project management for data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center construction sequencing
• Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Procore, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with commissioning and acceptance testing
• Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards
