Job description

A nationally recognized commercial contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead the execution of large-scale commercial and mission‑critical construction projects throughout Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.

This position will play a key role in overseeing data center developments, advanced manufacturing facilities, healthcare projects, and other complex ground‑up commercial builds. The company maintains a strong project pipeline and is actively investing in both operational growth and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large commercial construction projects from pursuit through turnover. Experience with data centers, mission‑critical facilities, hyperscale developments, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex projects is highly preferred.

This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, opportunities to mentor project teams, and the ability to oversee some of the most technically challenging projects currently being built in the Midwest.
