Job summary

Hansen & Company Woodworks in St. Joseph, MN seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial casework and architectural millwork projects from field measure through installation.

You will coordinate drafting, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation teams, and partners to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality. This hands-on role requires strong organization, cross-functional communication, and the ability to resolve field issues in real time.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction coordination, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read architectural and shop drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP (Innergy preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple jobs.
• Identify risks and scope changes early with solutions.
• Maintain momentum from kickoff to closeout.
• Represent HCo at jobsite and field coordination meetings.
• Coordinate field measurements, installation schedules, and site logistics.
• Resolve field conditions and installation issues in real time.
• Travel to jobsites as needed.
