Leoforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager in West Palm Beach to lead construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. The role requires strategic thinking, problem solving, and strong leadership across teams including inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in construction, with PMP or equivalent certification as a plus, and excels in communication, risk management, and shutdown

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within construction.
• Experience leading commercial or residential projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to control costs.
• Maintain workmanship standards per plans and specs.
• Prepare reports on job status and risks.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
