Job Juncture seeks a Project Manager / Site Superintendent to lead the Wytheville custom-home program. You will supervise on-site construction, coordinate from design hand-off to final C/O, and ensure client satisfaction while controlling costs and schedules.

The role requires extensive experience in ground-up residential builds, strong leadership, and proven communication with homeowners and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction
• Proven ability to manage 8+ projects simultaneously
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills
• Track record of site-operations and project leadership in new home construction

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Construction site management from design hand-off through sub-selection, scope contracts, safety, final-walk and C/O
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs
