Job summary

Twist Bioscience Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Custom Antibodies, to coordinate multiple simultaneous antibody projects from inquiry to delivery. You will align Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other teams to create quotes/SOWs and keep customers informed on progress.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in the life sciences
• 3+ years leading scientific projects in a commercial setting
• Technical background in AI/ML based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization preferred; familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end custom antibody projects from intake to final delivery
• Gather design requirements to reflect customer needs, costing, and production capabilities
• Prepare quotes and maintain real-time status updates in the project tracker
• Serve as primary contact for timelines, data quality, and technical updates
• Maintain precise records of quotes, orders, and shipments for reliable reporting
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest scalable improvements
