Job summary

ASCAP in New York seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive cross‑functional initiatives from discovery to launch within the Product Team. You will own timelines, risk mitigation, and change management, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring transparency across departments.

Lead meetings, maintain documentation, and develop test plans with Product Management, Design, Legal, Security, and Technology. On-site presence 3 days/week; PMP/PMO exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with Product Management and Design teams.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
• Experience with Agile Development environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution from discovery to launch across ASCAP Product initiatives.
• Own project timelines, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, and track action items across teams.
• Ensure due diligence with stakeholders and various ASCAP departments.
