Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects in a fast-paced environment in Minneapolis.

You will coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion aligned with user needs. The role also involves training users, evaluating the project, and managing the project team’s performance to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of experience in project management activities.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
• Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
• Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
• Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
