Qualifications

• Experience with process analysis, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Proven ability to present to senior management and key stakeholders; effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead project teams to deliver assigned projects and coordinate across departments.
• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Clarify requirements with internal and external customers and define project scope.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and assign tasks based on team strengths.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Establish and improve project management practices, templates, and tools for the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
