Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, monitor, and lead internal projects from initiation to completion within a dynamic organization. You will coordinate resourcing, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, while maintaining rigorous documentation and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 6 years of project management experience and a PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in project management.
• PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting.
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Identify and mitigate risks, report obstacles, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation including charter, plan, scope, and deployment timeline.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and collaboration across internal partners and vendors.

Skills

6 years of PM experience

PMP/CAPM preferred
