Job summary

Paychex in Cincinnati is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, monitor, and deliver internal initiatives from initiation through completion. You will coordinate resources, manage risks, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure the work aligns with schedule, budget, and quality targets.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6 years of project management experience, and professional certifications (PMP/CAPM) are a plus. The position is full-time and located in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in project management.
• Project Management and/or other relevant discipline (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works on projects of diverse scope with data analysis and judgment to select methods and techniques.
• Manages projects by leading groups, organizing tasks, mitigating risks, engaging stakeholders, and reporting.
• Maintains project documentation including charter, plan, scope, communication plan and timeline.
• Researches, formats, and analyzes data to inform strategic issues and projects.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, plans contingencies, and guides mitigation.
• Manages enterprise-wide projects with cross-functional marketing involvement.
• Tracks and reports key metrics and communicates findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Fosters relationships with internal partners, vendors, and leadership.
