Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Critical Facilities Senior Project Manager to lead MEP projects onsite in the Madison area. The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and ensuring governance across large-scale construction efforts.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of PM experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools. On-site work with potential client-driven variations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable field.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage stakeholders to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze milestones and prevent schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are followed.
• Produce formal project status and progress reports.
• Monitor multiple projects and apply design standards.
• Interface with suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and contractors.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
• Share lessons learned for knowledge management and process improvement.
