• Partner with team leads to properly vet, scope and kickoff assignments
• Develop and own accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents
• Anticipate problems and solve them with little to no inputs needed from your manager
• Drive process improvements and proactively suggest new more efficient ways of working

Requirements

• 5+ years in the industry or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
• Experience with various project types, including digital, video, events, and social
