Cramer Health, just outside of Boston, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery planning and manage a portfolio of healthcare campaigns and brand assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, guiding digital, print, and video deliverables through rigorous regulatory reviews.

You will oversee medium to large projects, develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining healthcare standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• A record of successfully planning projects as the sole project management lead.
• Experience in project managing digital and traditional assets.
• Hands-on experience planning and project managing a shared pool of cross functional resources.
• Budget development, management and financial delivery experience as budget owner of your projects.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, as well as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Strong quality control and approval routing experience; using best practices and tools to support.

• Develop meeting and briefing materials, including agendas, meeting minutes, project briefs, and presentations.

Salary Range: $75 -90K

This range reflects total target compensation for this position, including base salary and variable pay. Actual compensation may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Cramer offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall total rewards strategy. Compensation ranges are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
