Cornerstone Building Group LLC in South Florida seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management with direct reporting to the VP of Construction.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong leadership, and proven success managing large-scale projects across Florida, including the Miami area.

Qualifications

• Progressive commercial construction experience clearly demonstrated and verified.
• Experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on complex commercial projects.
• Ability to independently manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Hands-on experience with estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, high-rise, or mixed-use construction methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Review design, constructability, budgets, procurement strategy, and project risks.
• Prepare bid packages and scopes of work; solicit bidders and perform bid leveling.
• Identify exclusions, overlaps, and scope gaps; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Lead project mobilization through substantial completion and coordinate teams.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete analyses; manage changes.
