Job summary

Straticon is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to independently guide projects through the full preconstruction lifecycle—from concept budgeting to GMP and turnover to Operations. You will lead a team and coordinate with executives to ensure successful project outcomes in South Florida.

This role requires a strong track record in full project leadership, design-phase budgeting, and subcontractor buyout, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial general contracting preconstruction or estimating experience.
• Proven record of independently leading complete projects—not just portions of an estimate.
• Strong South Florida multifamily experience and broad understanding of major building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conceptual budget through GMP, buyout, and turnover.
• Develop project preconstruction schedules, deliverables, action items, and client communications.
• Produce conceptual, schematic, design-development, construction-document, and GMP estimates.
