Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support corporate real estate and capital improvement projects in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

The role acts as trusted advisor and owner’s representative, leading complex initiatives from planning through delivery while meeting scope, schedule, budget and quality goals. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects, provide strategic leadership to clients, mentor project teams, and maintain strong relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs: renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facilities improvements.
• Manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives and operational requirements.
• Lead planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, and project execution.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk registers, and executive reports.
