The role demands leadership of complex projects from planning through completion, with a focus on ground-up multifamily and retail builds.

You will coordinate with architects and engineers, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of PM experience in Construction, focusing on ground-up multifamily.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, including Big Box Retail Construction. 2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.

4. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and other necessary documentation.
5. Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.
