Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to lead our Ridgeland field services team and ensure project success from proposal through final invoicing. You will mentor junior managers, manage budgets, prepare invoices, and build client relationships while coordinating with project teams to meet deadlines.

This role requires PE or PG licensure and a BS in a related field, with 5+ years of experience in heavy construction testing and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) licensure.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Strong marketing and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of CMT projects from proposal to final invoice.
• Manage project budgets, invoices, pay applications, and collections.
