AEC Alliance is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Columbia, SC, to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll work with an award-winning design-build general contractor with a strong local presence and a steady pipeline of work.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in project management, particularly within commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors, and has a passion for mentoring teams. The position offers a strong base salary, bonus, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial or industrial GC.
• Experience with ground-up commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects.
• Strong passion for leading and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budget, schedule, and quality.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Engineers (PEs).
• Collaborate closely with estimating, design, and field teams.
