Job summary

Fullmer Excavation LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead excavation projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s in PM or engineering, 5+ years of PM experience in construction/excavation, and proficiency with project management tools and Excel. We offer health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field required; PMP is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of proven Project Manager experience in construction/excavation.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and implement excavation projects, ensuring progress per plan.
• Develop detailed plans, budgets, schedules and track performance.
• Identify and manage risks, propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure safety standards, regulations, and company policies adherence.
• Prepare regular project reports highlighting status, challenges and achievements.
• Oversee resources to ensure productivity and efficiency.
