Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the management, planning, and execution of large-scale civil construction projects, while mentoring junior project staff and aligning with executive leadership to strengthen systems and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Take an active lead in proposal preparation and present proposals to clients for approval.
• Maintain client contact and develop repeat business opportunities.
• Develop project teams and assign duties to team members.
• Develop and maintain career development plans for staff.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation and deliverables.
