Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the management, planning, and execution of large-scale civil construction projects in a highly collaborative, employee-owned environment.

You will mentor junior project managers and engineers, partner with executive leadership to strengthen systems, and drive staff development to support ongoing growth. This role offers ownership through ESOP and opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Take an active lead in the proposal preparation process and present proposals to clients for approval.
• Maintain client contact throughout each project and continue relationships after project completion to develop opportunities for future work.
• Develop project teams and assign duties to project team members.
• Develop and maintain career development plans for assigned staff.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation and deliverables.
