Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil construction projects, mentor junior staff, and drive strategic execution. The role offers ownership through an ESOP and opportunities to strengthen systems and staff development across a multi-state operation.

You will manage client relations, lead teams, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with subcontractors while aiming to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of construction project management experience.
• PE license is a plus and OSHA 10/30 competency desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation and present to clients for approval.
• Maintain client contact during and after projects to develop future work.
• Develop project teams and assign duties; mentor junior staff.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation and deliverables.
