ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking Senior Project Managers to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract negotiations while coordinating with owners and the design team to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience
• Design-build experience preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and strong collaboration with owners/design teams

Responsabilités

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects (estimating, contract negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution)
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners/design team
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection
• Conduct biweekly job-site meetings and manage multiple activities to meet goals
• Commit to quality by evaluating processes and meeting client expectations

We are looking for Senior Project Managers to lead construction projects from inception to completion. A Day In The Life

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly job site meetings on site
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines to meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and associates

Necessary Qualifications

• At least 8-10+ years of project management experience
• Highly prefer design-build experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
