Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimating, contract negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution while collaborating with owners and design teams.

You will oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and biweekly site meetings, ensuring quality and integrity, meeting deadlines and client expectations while upholding ARCO's values.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience (open to various experience levels)
• Design-build experience preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion and manage estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and propose value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly job-site meetings and coordinate multiple activities to achieve results
• Uphold quality by evaluating project-related processes and meeting client expectations

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly job site meetings on site
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines to meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and associates

Necessary Qualifications:

• At least 3-5+ years of project management experience. We are open to experience levels
• Highly prefer design-build experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
