Experience Required

• Actively guide project teams through all phases, including pre-construction, construction closeout, and post-construction services.
• Maintain strategic oversight, risk assessment, and profitability, communicating these throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address critical constructability issues, including costs and logistics.
• Manage multiple or complex projects with limited involvement from project executives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial processes, including budgets, costs, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change orders, and contracts.
• Complete projects on schedule and meet profit objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Foster positive relations with subcontractors and vendors, promoting professionalism and fairness.
• Collaborate closely with Field Operations and oversee project managers or team members.
• Review and approve invoices, manage change orders, and oversee RFIs.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of recent experience managing large-scale ground-up multifamily or commercial projects and have managed a team of project managers.
