Qualifications

A Day in the Life

• Manage project aspects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, billing, design review, coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and suggest value engineering
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Evaluate project processes to ensure quality
• Use customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Act with integrity, supporting company values and team goals
• Mentor or oversee Project Managers

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• 8-10 years of proven design/build experience with a general contractor
• Estimation experience required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore
