We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to support our Los Angeles operations in the Greater Seattle, WA region. This role involves managing complex construction projects that enhance the durability and longevity of structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex self-performed repair and restoration projects
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal teams
• Develop and oversee project schedules with field leadership
• Maintain project financials, including profit & loss responsibility and projections
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Managers, Field Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales teams on bids and proposals
• Assess project risks and exposures
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
• 10-17 years of relevant experience in industrial construction and/or restoration
• Experience managing projects valued between $5M and $15M
• Knowledge of structural concrete repair, waterproofing, concrete strengthening, and industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%
