Job summary

AVANTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through delivery and evaluation. The role requires proactive leadership, strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee research and development, proposal development, design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning while aligning with business objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business units.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Create project costing worksheets and obtain quotes for materials.
