Job summary

AVANTech, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex programs across the lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation—ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, customer expectations, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of PM leadership, proven delivery performance, and strong communication with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business units.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Create proposal costing worksheets and obtain quotes for materials.
