Job summary

Tri-North Builders in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our most challenging construction projects, nurture client relationships, and mentor junior project managers on the path to success.

You will own budgets, estimate and cost tracking, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, review daily progress, and prepare status and financial reports. The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk management, quality control, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex construction projects end-to-end.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, estimating and cost tracking.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior project managers.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage complex projects from concept to completion
• Take ownership of key client relationships and ensure high satisfaction before, during and after the project
• Effectively manager budgets, estimating and cost tracking with minimal support.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review work progress on a daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and financial metrics
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards
• Understand and follow company policies and best practices
