Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects with cross-functional teams. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications while identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.

Ideal candidates have a 7+ year track record in program management within industrialized construction and are proficient with ACC, Power BI, and Oracle. Willingness to travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in program management, preferably in industrialized construction.
• Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and methods.
• Ability to adapt to evolving customer priorities and complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
• Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
• Create agenda and guide kickoff meetings to stakeholders.
• Anticipate concerns impacting timely and successful delivery.
• Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and identify improvements.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
• Negotiates and creates all change orders for internal approval.
