Job summary

BAUER Foundation Corp. in the Gulf Coast region seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large civil engineering and foundation projects on site.

You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, risk, and client relationships to drive profitability and safe delivery. Reporting to the Texas Area Manager, you will mentor project teams, coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of fifteen years of experience in heavy civil or specialty foundation construction.
• Experience leading large-scale or high-risk projects; good client relations.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of multiple concurrent projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Oversees pre-construction activities including estimating and budgeting.
• Develops execution plans, tracks progress, and implements corrective actions.
• Provides cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for profitability.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks; communicates with leadership.
• Negotiates contracts and changes; maintains client relationships.
