Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate landscape construction projects for high-profile clients. You will plan, schedule, and oversee multiple field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance.

Regular client and contractor communications, bid reviews with the business development team, and timely change orders for out-of-contract work are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-service capabilities and ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight for multi-day projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and implement tasks for multiple field crews on commercial landscape projects.
• Maintain compliance with contract specs, budgets and client expectations.
• Perform continuous quality control and document issues and solutions.
• Provide field safety training and daily oversight for crew safety.
• Collaborate with the business development manager on bids and change orders.
