Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Landscape Superintendent to lead a field crew delivering high-profile commercial landscape installations and upgrades. You will plan, schedule, and oversee tasks to meet contract specifications, budgets, and client expectations while enforcing safety and quality on every site.

The ideal candidate has experience managing crews, strong client-service skills, and the ability to read landscape plans. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field crew in landscape installation or related services.
• Excellent client-service skills and ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and layouts.
• Fluency in English; Spanish also helpful for client interactions.
• Clean driving record and safe operation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement field crew tasks to meet contract specs and budgets.
• Supervise landscape installation activities and ensure quality and safety on site.
• Assist Account Manager in expanding services and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and team members as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with Yellowstone Landscape clients and monitor property health.
