A leading General Contractor and Construction Manager is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial interiors projects in New York City. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience, a degree in Construction Management or similar, and proficiency in MS Project and Procore. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing NYC commercial interiors projects.
• Deep understanding of NYC building codes, permitting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-outs on time, on budget, and built to the highest standard.
• Build and manage project schedules using MS Project; anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
• Oversee subcontractor scope reviews, contract execution, and day-to-day coordination.
• Manage all documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and Procore logs.
• Ensure full site compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
• Communicate directly with ownership, architects, and consultants to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site, maintain progress tracking, and deliver exceptional closeouts.
