Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Led large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• OSHA certification and additional industry training are a plus.
• Motivated leader seeking a long-term opportunity with a growing contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop scopes of work and manage procurement.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and milestones.
• Ensure safety, codes, and client expectations compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams.
• Manage costs, change orders, and invoice reviews.
• Conduct project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Partner with Superintendents to deliver safely, on schedule, with high quality.
